You can complete this form in one of the following ways:
Call 0800 512 012 to complete a Home Energy Check form with a trained energy advisor over the phone. Please note that by filling out the form you are under no obligation to proceed with any installation.
Complete a Home Energy Check form online. After your form is processed, we will call you to discuss the scheme details particular to you. Please note that by filling out the form you are under no obligation to proceed with any installation.
Wait until one of our qualified Home Energy Assessors comes to your doorstep and complete the form then. Teams of qualified Home Energy Assessors will visit every household in each of the selected areas.
