Over 10% of our staff have flexible working arrangements, and we have excellent IT systems needed to allow our staff to work from home.

Employee recognition awards

These were set up to recognise staff performance above and beyond day-to-day roles. Anyone can nominate a colleague, and the winner is rewarded with an Experience More Yellow Choice voucher (worth £199) and an extra day's leave. Training and development

We rely on the quality and effectiveness of our people, so we'll make sure you get regular appraisals and a personal development plan tailored to your training needs.
