A work/life balance
We like to think we've got the balance right. We offer 25 days' holiday, a stakeholder pension scheme (with generous company contributions), and private medical and critical illness insurance. There's subsidised gym membership, an interest-free season ticket loan and, unsurprisingly, bike purchase and sustainable home energy loans. We also take flexibility very seriously. Over 10% of our staff have flexible working arrangements, and we have excellent IT systems needed to allow our staff to work from home.
Employee recognition awards
These were set up to recognise staff performance above and beyond day-to-day roles. Anyone can nominate a colleague, and the winner is rewarded with an Experience More Yellow Choice voucher (worth £199) and an extra day's leave. You can then choose to treat yourself with anything from a day at the spa to a weekend survival camp!
Training and development
We rely on the quality and effectiveness of our people, so we'll make sure you get regular appraisals and a personal development plan tailored to your training needs. You'll also have access to training courses, work-shadowing, mentoring and internal one-to-one coaching, as well as external events and conferences relevant to your role.
